Update: The Democratic Image

Last spring I posted a couple of times [1] [2] on what was a then upcoming conference on "The Democratic Image" in Manchester (UK). I recently heard from the conference organizers John Perivolaris, Julian Tait and Paul Herrmann who called my attention to this report (link here) on the conference as well as a couple of blogs devoted to discussing the report and the conference. It seems to me that this sort opportunity for ongoing discussion is invaluable.
