Marking Anniversaries

From The Guardian. "Plzen, Czech Republic: A giant poster, designed to look like a matchbox, shows three former communist revolutionaries - Lenin, Marx and Engels - with the ironic caption: 'The Three Liars ... they will not cause trouble any more'. The Czech Republic will mark the 39th anniversary of the occupation of the former Czechoslovakia by the Soviet army in 1968 and the end of the Prague Spring reformatory movement on 21 August." Well, screw them. Lenin is out of the game, but trust me on this one: Marx and Engels will make trouble in the future. When and where, I do not know, but it´s gonna happen.

The only people who still exalt the three liars are overly privileged Western academics and silly students in prestigious universities who, at the end of the day, become professionals and make lots of loot. ;)

Anonymous, in what way do you call the analytics of Marx "lying"? Simply because he has another analysis of the world than you have?

As a note, the British defense has made a prognoses on future threats (see "Global Strategic Trends 2007-2036" from the british defense ministry and Monthly Review, july 2007). One of the things they are the most afraid of is a re-born Marxism and a revolution from the middle class...
